El sorteo de diciembre de 2024 de Félix Pago (el “Sorteo”) es patrocinado por Felix Technologies Inc. (“Félix Pago”, el “Patrocinador”, “nosotros” o “nuestro”).

NO SE REQUIERE COMPRA O PAGO DE NINGÚN TIPO PARA PARTICIPAR O GANAR ESTE SORTEO. LAS PROBABILIDADES DE GANAR DEPENDEN DEL NÚMERO DE PARTICIPACIONES. SORTEO NULO DONDE ESTÉ PROHIBIDO POR LA LEY.

ELEGIBILIDAD. El Sorteo está abierto únicamente a usuarios de Félix Pago que sean residentes legales de uno (1) de los cincuenta (50) estados de los Estados Unidos o del Distrito de Columbia, que tengan al menos dieciocho (18) años de edad o la mayoría de edad en su estado de residencia (que es diecinueve (19) en Alabama, Alaska y Nebraska, veintiuno (21) en Misisipi, y dieciocho (18) en los demás estados) en el momento de participar y que posean un Número de Seguro Social o un Número de Identificación Fiscal válido (“Participante”).

El sorteo no es válido en Hawái, las Islas Vírgenes de los EE. UU., territorios de los EE. UU. y donde esté prohibido por la ley. Los empleados, directivos, miembros del consejo y contratistas de Félix Pago, sus afiliados y terceros involucrados en este Sorteo, así como sus familiares inmediatos (es decir, padres, hijos, cónyuges, hermanos y sus respectivos cónyuges, independientemente de su lugar de residencia) y/o aquellos que vivan en el mismo hogar, estén o no relacionados, no son elegibles para participar o ganar. PERIODO DEL SORTEO Y DESCRIPCIÓN. Al participar, cada participante acepta incondicionalmente cumplir con estas “Reglas Oficiales” y las decisiones de Félix Pago, incluyendo la interpretación de estas reglas, las cuales serán definitivas y vinculantes en todos los aspectos.
CÓMO PARTICIPAR. NO SE REQUIERE COMPRA. 1. MÉTODO ALTERNATIVO DE PARTICIPACIÓN (“MEP”). Para participar sin completar una transacción, ingresa tus datos en nuestro formulario en línea ubicado en https://www.felixpago.com/promo-registro. Consulta las fechas límites para enviar participaciones MEP en la Sección 4: Selección de Ganadores. No se permiten participaciones mecanizadas o reproducidas por programas. Las participaciones MEP serán consideradas de igual manera que las participaciones por transacción, registrándose según la fecha de recepción. Hay un límite de una (1) participación por persona por periodo de participación para este método..
2. PARTICIPACIONES POR TRANSACCIÓN. Los participantes que completen exitosamente transacciones utilizando los servicios de transmisión de dinero de Félix Pago durante el Periodo del Sorteo ganarán automáticamente tres (3) participaciones por cada transacción completada. Una transacción se considera "completada" cuando los fondos son depositados en la cuenta bancaria del beneficiario o el efectivo enviado es retirado por el beneficiario en la ubicación seleccionada. Las transacciones sujetas a declinaciones posteriores o contracargos no serán consideradas "exitosas".

Félix Pago no verificará la recepción de participaciones de los participantes. No somos responsables de participaciones tardías, mal dirigidas, ilegibles o no entregadas debido a errores del sistema, interrupciones de transmisión, defectos técnicos u otras fallas.

En caso de disputas sobre la identidad de quien envió una participación, se considerará que la participación fue enviada por el titular autorizado de la tarjeta utilizada como método de pago al momento de la transacción. El titular autorizado es la persona cuyo nombre aparece en el estado de cuenta bancario vinculado a dicha tarjeta. Los ganadores potenciales deberán demostrar ser los titulares autorizados si se les solicita.

Cualquier información falsa proporcionada por el Participante en el contexto del Sorteo, en relación con su identidad, dirección, número de teléfono, correo electrónico o incumplimiento de estas Reglas o similares, podrá resultar en la eliminación inmediata del Participante del Sorteo.

Cualquier intento de un Participante de obtener más participaciones de las permitidas utilizando múltiples/diferentes direcciones de correo electrónico, identidades, registros, inicios de sesión y/o cualquier otro método, incluidos, entre otros, sistemas automatizados, invalidará las participaciones de ese Participante, y el Participante podrá ser descalificado del Sorteo a nuestra entera discreción.

SELECCIÓN DE GANADORES. Habrá un total de cuatro (4) ganadores seleccionados mediante cuatro sorteos aleatorios entre todas las participaciones elegibles dentro de los cuatro (4) días posteriores al cierre de cada Periodo de Participación. Cada semana durante el Periodo del Sorteo, Félix Pago realizará un sorteo aleatorio para seleccionar un ganador de todas las participaciones elegibles recibidas durante esa semana (cada semana constituye un “Periodo de Participación”). Las participaciones no ganadoras no se transferirán a los sorteos de periodos posteriores.
1. PERIODOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN.

Del 10 de diciembre a las 12:00 a.m. (EST) al 15 de diciembre a las 11:59 p.m. (EST).
Del 16 de diciembre a las 12:00 a.m. (EST) al 22 de diciembre a las 11:59 p.m. (EST).
Del 23 de diciembre a las 12:00 a.m. (EST) al 29 de diciembre a las 11:59 p.m. (EST).
Del 30 de diciembre a las 12:00 a.m. (EST) al 5 de enero a las 11:59 p.m. (EST).

PROBABILIDADES. Las probabilidades de ganar dependerán del total de participaciones elegibles recibidas para cada periodo de participación.
PREMIOS. Un (1) ganador será seleccionado para cada uno de los cuatro (4) periodos de participación, sumando un total de cuatro (4) premios. Cada premio consiste en un (1) iPhone 16 Pro de 256GB (Valor Minorista Aproximado “VMA”: $1,099 USD). El VMA total de todos los premios es de $4,400 USD.
NOTIFICACIÓN DE GANADORES. Los ganadores serán notificados vía WhatsApp o correo electrónico dentro de los cuatro (4) días posteriores al sorteo, con instrucciones para reclamar su premio, incluyendo plazos para enviar documentación. Si un ganador seleccionado no puede ser contactado, no cumple con los requisitos o no reclama el premio, se seleccionará un ganador alternativo.

Todos los ganadores seleccionados deberán:

Completar, firmar y devolver un formulario W-9, una Declaración o Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad/Exoneración de Responsabilidad/Autorización de Publicidad dentro del período de tiempo especificado por Félix Pago antes de ser elegibles para recibir su premio.
Firmar un documento para confirmar que no disputarán la transacción (chargeback) correspondiente al pago o pagos relacionado con su participación en el Sorteo.
Verificar su identidad si no lo han hecho previamente.
Enviar una selfie sosteniendo la tarjeta con la que realizaron su(s) pago(s), asegurándose de cubrir con la mano todos los números de la tarjeta excepto los últimos cuatro dígitos.

Todos los ganadores seleccionados deberán completar, firmar y devolver un formulario W-9, una Declaración o Declaración Jurada de Elegibilidad/Exoneración de Responsabilidad/Autorización de Publicidad dentro del período de tiempo especificado por Félix Pago antes de ser elegibles para recibir su premio. Si un ganador potencial no envía los documentos en el plazo indicado, no acepta el premio, si la notificación del premio o el premio no son entregables, o si el ganador potencial no es elegible o no cumple con estas Reglas Oficiales, el premio será otorgado a un ganador alternativo que será seleccionado aleatoriamente entre todas las participaciones no ganadoras restantes recibidas durante el Periodo de Participación aplicable, a nuestra entera discreción.

El Patrocinador no es responsable ni será considerado responsable por notificaciones tardías, perdidas, mal dirigidas o intentos fallidos de notificar a los ganadores. RESTRICCIONES DEL PREMIO. Todos los premios son intransferibles y no pueden canjearse por dinero en efectivo, equivalentes o sustituciones, excepto a criterio exclusivo del Patrocinador. SUSPENSIÓN O TERMINACIÓN DEL SORTEO. En caso de que el Patrocinador se vea impedido de continuar con el Sorteo debido a un evento fuera de su control, incluyendo, entre otros, incendio, inundación, epidemia, pandemia, terremoto, explosión, disputa laboral o huelga, acto de fuerza mayor o enemigo público, fallas en comunicaciones o equipos, interrupciones de servicios o utilidades, disturbios o desobediencia civil, amenazas o actividades terroristas, guerra (declarada o no), interferencias de cualquier parte con el Sorteo, o cualquier ley, orden o reglamento de gobierno federal, estatal o local, orden judicial o de otra jurisdicción, o cualquier otra causa razonablemente fuera del control del Patrocinador (cada uno considerado un evento o suceso de “Fuerza Mayor”), el Patrocinador tendrá el derecho de modificar, suspender o terminar el Sorteo o el premio.

El Patrocinador también se reserva el derecho, a su entera y absoluta discreción de:

Modificar, suspender o terminar el Sorteo si causas fuera de su control afectan la administración, integridad, operación, seguridad o desarrollo adecuado del Sorteo.
Descalificar a cualquier Participante que se determine, o se sospeche, que:
1. Manipuló el proceso de participación o el funcionamiento del Sorteo.
2. Actuó en violación de estas Reglas Oficiales.
3. Demostró un comportamiento inapropiado o poco ético.

CONDICIONES GENERALES. Los participantes del Sorteo aceptan liberar y exonerar al Patrocinador, sus subsidiarias, empresas afiliadas, agencias de publicidad y promoción, cualquier empresa participante o proveedor de premios, webmasters y proveedores de sitios web, así como a todos sus respectivos directivos, empleados, representantes y agentes (colectivamente, “Partes Exoneradas”) de cualquier responsabilidad por lesiones, pérdidas o daños de cualquier tipo a personas, incluyendo la muerte, o a propiedades, resultantes total o parcialmente, directa o indirectamente, de la aceptación, posesión, mal uso o uso de cualquier premio, de la participación en este Sorteo o de cualquier actividad relacionada con el Sorteo, o por cualquier error de impresión, producción, tipográfico, humano u otro en la impresión, oferta o anuncio de cualquier premio.

Excepto donde esté legalmente prohibido, al aceptar un premio, el ganador otorga (y acepta confirmar esa autorización por escrito) permiso al Patrocinador y a quienes actúen bajo su autoridad para usar su nombre, fotografía, voz y/o imagen con fines publicitarios, comerciales y/o promocionales sin compensación adicional en todos los medios conocidos o por descubrir, a nivel mundial y en Internet, sin previo aviso, revisión o aprobación. (Los residentes de Tennessee no estarán obligados a firmar una Autorización como condición para recibir un premio).

Al participar en el Sorteo, cada Participante otorga al Patrocinador y a sus designados un derecho no exclusivo, libre de regalías e irrevocable para reproducir, copiar, publicar, exhibir, distribuir, interpretar, traducir, adaptar, modificar, destacar y utilizar de cualquier otra forma la participación del Participante sin restricciones, compensación, notificación o consentimiento adicional por parte del Participante o de terceros. El Participante garantiza que tiene el derecho exclusivo de otorgar tales derechos a Félix Pago y que nuestra reproducción, publicación, exhibición u otro uso de la participación no infringirá los derechos de terceros, incluyendo, entre otros, derechos de autor, marcas registradas, privacidad o derechos de publicidad, ni creará reclamos por incumplimiento de contrato en ninguna parte del mundo. El Participante acepta que Félix Pago no está obligado a copiar, publicar, exhibir ni explotar la participación de ninguna manera.

LIMITACIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD. EN NINGÚN CASO LAS PARTES EXONERADAS SERÁN RESPONSABLES DE DAÑOS O PÉRDIDAS DE CUALQUIER TIPO, INCLUYENDO DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS, QUE SURJAN DE TU ACCESO Y USO DEL SITIO WEB WWW.FELIXPAGO.COM O DE LA DESCARGA O IMPRESIÓN DE MATERIALES DESCARGADOS DE DICHO SITIO. ALGUNAS JURISDICCIONES PUEDEN NO PERMITIR LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES O EXCLUSIONES DE GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS, POR LO QUE ALGUNAS DE LAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES ANTERIORES PUEDEN NO APLICARTE. CONSULTA LAS LEYES LOCALES PARA CONOCER RESTRICCIONES O LIMITACIONES SOBRE ESTAS LIMITACIONES O EXCLUSIONES.
LEY APLICABLE. Todos los asuntos y preguntas relacionados con la construcción, validez, interpretación y aplicabilidad de estas Reglas Oficiales o los derechos y obligaciones de cualquier Participante, Patrocinador y/o cualquiera de las Partes Exoneradas estarán regidos e interpretados de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado de Delaware, sin dar efecto a ninguna norma de elección o conflicto de leyes que pueda dar lugar a la aplicación de las leyes de otra jurisdicción diferente al Estado de Delaware.

The December 2024 Félix Pago Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Felix Technologies Inc. (“Félix Pago”, the “Sponsor”, “us,” or “we”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND SUBMITTING AN ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to users of Félix Pago who are legal residents of one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is nineteen (19) in Alabama, Alaska and Nebraska, twenty-one (21) in Mississippi, and eighteen (18) in all other states) at the time of entry and has a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number (“Participant”).

Void in Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Territories, and where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Félix Pago and their respective affiliates and third parties involved in this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (i.e., parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, as well as any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter, participate or win. All applicable Federal, state, and local laws apply. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD AND DESCRIPTION. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on December 10, 2024, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on January 5, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be valid. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these “Official Rules” and the decisions of Félix Pago, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and its exercise of discretion, which will be final and binding in all respects.
HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are two (2) ways to obtain entries into the Sweepstakes: (i)AMOE: Participants will earn one (1) entry WITH NO PAYMENT OR PURCHASE BEING REQUIRED for each AMOE method of entry, as defined in section 3.1 of these Rules, submitted during the Sweepstakes Period; (ii)TRANSACTION ENTRIES: Participants may also earn one (1) entry for each transaction successfully completed with Félix Pago during the Sweepstakes Period. some text
1. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”). To enter without completing a transaction, please enter your details as set out in our online form at this link https://www.felixpago.com/promo-registro. To see applicable deadlines for submission of AMOE entries, please refer to Section 4: SELECTION OF WINNERS. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. AMOE entries will be drawn on an equal basis as transaction entries, with AMOE entries entered for the date upon which we receive them. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person per Entry Period for this Entry method.
2. TRANSACTION ENTRIES. Participants who successfully complete transactions using our money transmission services during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically earn three (3) entries per successfully completed transaction. Please note that a transaction will be dated according to the date on which the transaction was successfully completed to be eligible as an entry. A transaction is "completed" when funds are deposited into your beneficiary's bank account or the cash sent is picked up by your beneficiary at the selected location. Transactions subject to a subsequent payment decline or chargeback are not considered “successful” transactions.

Félix Pago will not verify receipt of entries for Participants. We are not responsible for any entry that is late, misdirected, illegible, or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting a transaction entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorizer holder of the card used as the payment method at the time of the transaction entry. The authorized holder is the natural person whose name appears on the bank account statement linked to such card. Potential Winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized holder.

Any false information provided within the context of the Sweepstakes by the Participant concerning identity, mailing address, telephone number, email address, or non-compliance with these Rules or the like may result in the immediate elimination of the Participant from the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by a Participant to obtain more than the maximum number of permitted entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, and/or any other methods, including, but not limited to automated entry, will void that Participant’s entries and that Participant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at our sole discretion.

SELECTION OF WINNERS. Four (4) winners will be selected via four individual random drawings of all eligible entries within four (4) days following the close of the Entry Period. Each week during the Sweepstakes Period, a random drawing will be conducted by Félix Pago to select one Winner from among all then-eligible entries received in each week of the Sweepstakes Period, as applicable (each week being an individual “Entry Period”). Non-winning entries will not be carried over to the drawings for subsequent Entry Periods.

PRIZES. One (1) Winner will be selected for each of the four (4) Entry Periods for a total of four (4) Prizes. Each Prize consists of one (1) iPhone 16 Pro 256GB (Approximate Retail Value “ARV”: USD $1,099.00). The total ARV of all prizes is $4400.
WINNER NOTIFICATION. Winners will be notified via WhatsApp or Email no more than four (4) days following the drawing with prize claim instructions, including submission deadlines. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return any forms within seven (7) days, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.

All selected Winners must:

Complete, sign, and return a W-9 form, a Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release within the time period specified by Félix Pago before being eligible to receive their prize.
Sign a document confirming that they will not dispute any transaction (chargeback) related to their participation in the Sweepstakes.
Verify their identity if they have not done so previously.
Submit a selfie holding the card used for their payment(s), ensuring that all card numbers are covered except for the last four digits.

All selected Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return a W-9, Declaration or Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release form within the time period specified by Félix Pago before being eligible to receive his or her prize. If a potential winner does not return documents in a timely manner, or accept the prize, or if the prize notification or prize is not deliverable, or a potential winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, awarded to an alternate winner who will also be selected randomly from all remaining non-winning entries received during the applicable Entry Period, at our sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. If, after a good-faith attempt (as determined by Félix Pago), we are unable to award or deliver a prize, the prize will not be awarded. By participating in this Sweepstakes, you acknowledge and agree that Félix Pago may collect the personal information submitted by you and use the information pursuant to our privacy policy available online at https://www.felixpago.com/legal/politicas-de-privacidad.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. All prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, as well as any other fees or costs associated with the prize received. No more than the stated number of prizes outlined in these Official Rules will be awarded.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control, (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence) Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes or prize. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion:

To modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes should causes beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or
To disqualify any Participant found to be, or suspected of some text
1. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes;
2. Acting in violation of these Official Rules; or
3. Demonstrating improper or unethical behavior.

GENERAL CONDITIONS. Participants in the Sweepstakes agree to release and hold Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, any companies who are promotional participants or prize providers, and Webmasters and Web supplies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) harmless against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or for any printing, production, typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Except where legally prohibited, by accepting a prize, the winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use the winner’s name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. (TN residents will not be required to sign a Release as a condition of winning a prize)

By entering into the Sweepstakes, each Participant grants the Sponsor and its designees a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable right to reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, perform, translate, adapt, modify, feature, and otherwise use the Participant’s entry without restriction and compensation, notification, or additional consent from Participant or any third party. Participant warrants that he/she has the sole and exclusive right to grant such rights to Félix Pago and that our reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of the entry will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights, or create claims for breach of contract, anywhere in the world. Participant agrees that Félix Pago is not obligated to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit the entry.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF INTERNET SITE WWW.FELIXPAGO.COM OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID SITE. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
GOVERNING LAW. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of any Participant, Sponsor, and/or any of the Released Parties shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. All actions, proceedings, and/or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely within the State of Delaware. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and Federal courts of the State of Delaware with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of this Sweepstakes.

Requests must be submitted no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. Please note that copies of the Official Rules or the List of Winners will only be provided upon request and will not be delivered automatically.

MISCELLANEOUS. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules or the Affidavit will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules or the Affidavit is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for the convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy, or terms of use on the Website and/or the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.
